STORE POLICY 

Custom orders are processed within 10-15 business days once payment is received and before shipping. Larger custom orders will require additional processing time. Rush orders are also available at an additional processing fee.

Items listed as ready to ship are processed within 7-10 business days once payment is received and before shipping. For these items, the type of shipping chosen at checkout determines how long it takes your item to be received after processing time.

Processing time for all orders EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Our processing time does not include postal delivery time. We are NOT responsible for lost or damage packages once they are accepted by the post office. We are NOT responsible for postal delivery delays or an incorrect shipping address that is provided by the customer. Before submitting your order, please verify that your information is correct. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Additional insurance and signature confirmation can be purchased during checkout. All orders are shipped via USPS.

Refunds or exchanges are accepted for ready to ship items ONLY. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original packaging, and in an unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once the item is received, an email notification will be sent advising and notifying if the item is approved for a refund or exchange. For refund approvals, a credit will be applied to the original form of payment. Processing time is dependent on the financial institution.
