STORE POLICY 

We work quickly to complete and ship all orders. The current processing time for custom orders is estimated to be 4-6 weeks once payment is received. Rush orders are also available at an additional processing fee.

Processing time for all orders EXCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS. Our processing time does not include postal delivery time. We are NOT responsible for lost or damage packages once they are accepted by the carrier. We are NOT responsible for delivery delays or if incorrect shipping address provided. Before submitting your order, please verify that your information is correct. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. Most orders are shipped via UPS and delivery time various depending on your location.

Refunds or exchanges are accepted for ready to ship items ONLY. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original packaging, and in an unused condition to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once the item is received, an email notification will be sent advising and notifying if the item is approved for a refund or exchange. For refund approvals, a credit will be applied to the original form of payment. Processing time is dependent on the financial institution.
